Updated to RC v1.7. Mostly just more CO changes. Some of the changes are shown below.

Trying to make Powers and Supers fit a theme but still be different enough from each other.
- Nell P: gives enemies bad luck S: gives herself good luck
- Sami P: infantry gets another turn, capture rate down to 30% S: instant capture rate
- Grit P: indirects get increased defense and move S: indirects get increased range and decreased move
- Jess P: reloads ammo + 1 healing, vehicles get increased range S: refuels + 2 healing, vehicles get increased movement
- Adder P: +1M and can move through enemy units S: +1M and increases attack based on spaces moved (Adder's power and super have the same cost)

Also some COs get more unique daily abilities
- Sensei: Units dropped from transports can take an action. Can be chained to travel great distances or have units attack after being dropped off.
- Hachi: Loaded APCs and T-Copters can attack. Units don't need to be unloaded to attack.
