You could always repoint the Neotank sprites to have a separate one for each faction.

I have no idea how to do that really. As I don't know how battle animations handles it's sprites.

M3 Grant sprite complete. It is kinda small though, mostly because I tried to adjust it to fit the Gunner (the guy on the top that operates the MG). It's small size reminded me of the M11/39 Italian tank for some reason.

Nice, but it's a tank? Where's the cannon? It's those things on the side? Not that practical, is it?

Anyway, here's a module I made. The "1"s after the units' names mean primary weapon.

So it's supposed to be a MdTank? Cuz it seems rather small for a Md.

It's for the normal OS tank, I deliberately made it small so that it would work correctly with the muzzle flash effects from the firing animation. (which I don't know how to change)
Anyway, here's a module I made. The "1"s after the units' names mean primary weapon.
Nice, but if you group the primary and secondary together, it'd be easier and less confusing to modify. Also, I suggest putting "2nd" on the secondary rather than a "1" on the primary. In my opinion, it'd be easier for people to recognize.

Overal, like this:

infantry
infantry-2nd
mech
mech-2nd
tank
tank-2nd

There is Infantry1 for primary weapon and Infantry2 for secondary weapon. I should've shown this.
You want me to change the order of the editboxes? It's not difficult, but I've come to be a bit lazy.

Yeah, essentially. Some of the icons I've made from scratch, others I've just merged.

Sure. It's just a matter of hooking it up to the RNG in a way that produces meaningful output. x0_000 and I have been discussing random map generation and things like that. :)

Sounds neat... but also incredibly unbalanced. But still pretty awesome.
Random mountains right in the middle of a map!
Random forests in Four Corners (even if the map itself is not really good)!
I can imagine many many things now. :D

Currently rebuilding the modules for AWDS and making EU doubles. Already done with the repointing for the three original DS modules Xen has made available, though I will probably complete the existing ones and maybe create new ones altogether, like the Unit Damage Editor above, since I lost it when my computer crashed.

Once I'm finished, I'll probably make those available via Mediafire. Already looking forward to having finished this! :D

It was finished with the AW2 War Room hack. That image is incomplete, although it has all the icons the bars aren't relevant for all of them for obvious reasons.

Most of them show off what special abilities (Fuel saver, Hidden HP, Soul of Hachi, Mistwalker, etc) are on, as well as the various strength of things like luck bonuses/penalties and terrain bonuses/penalties.

The list from left to right, top to bottom:
Fuel Saver, Current Rank, Mountain Firepower/Def, Plains Movement,
City Firepower/Def, Plains Atk/Def, Snow MOvement, Forest Atk/Def
Forest Movment, Rain Movement, Luck Power
Capture Power, Price Adjustment, Counterattack Power, Vision Power
Piercing Vision on, Hidden HP on, Soul of Hachi on, Mistwalker on.

That's amazing! Is it possible to implement all of that into a standard IPS patch that we can just change with a hex editor? Are they all pointers like the pointer hack or does it just list values within standard CO data

It lists standard variables within the CO data. I suppose I could work out a releaseable version, but it needs a bit of a recode to work properly without some other hacks that I've done.

Would it be possible in AW2 to have a CO repair more on properties, as in give them Rachel's D2D? I want to make Andy less bland day to day, since he's basically the only one without some sort of strength day to day (at least Flak has the potential to deal more damage).

Yeah, doable but needs to be done entirely in assembly. Unlike AWDS, there's no code that handles alterations to the repair amount.

It has been done though (See Caulder in WRH2)

Copypastaing maps from AW4 into AW2 leads to potentially questionable results. On the other hand, sometimes it works near-flawlessly.

well, the animation is crumpets because I suck when it comes to draw something, I'll probably redo it later with something sprite based this time

actually it does full damages on the targeted unit, 50% for units at 1 tile distance and 25% for units at 2 tiles, but it's modulable though
