In AW2, try changing the address 080608CC to 13E0 (Assembly instruction b #0x80608F6 instead of ble #0x80608F6).

Go watch the AI play. Seriously.

Or a youtube video if you prefer.

Heh, if you could get it to throw in an Artillery when it has the money you could call it the 'benbever' hack.

My summary of how the AW2 AI works.

Build An Infantry? (Do you have less than the desired amount)
Build an APC? (Do you have more than one?)
Build a recon?
*Black Magic*
Build Other units?

No, it builds Rockets instead of Recon if you change the price low enough. My 8000 G Rocket is more preferred than any recon!

Edit: Actually, the rocket is more preferred than artillery, and indirect is more than direct if there is less than a 1/3 ratio (the ratio of indirect (1) to direct (3)). Recons are usually built if there's not enough funds for tanks.

Platinum Dragon - That's what I've got from disassembling the AI routines so far. I know what the *results* are in game however this is the understanding I've got of the code so far. >_>;

The AI will check for those units first. It may yes build rockets if it can afford them first but I haven't figured out/found the assembly relating to it yet.

Sven: Yes, that would be rather simple.

I have the "Windows" bug, where anything that is asked last that meets requirement have higher priority than anything that is asked first. The Boolean of if else, or switch, (referring to 'C' language) are used and the Computer can only have a selection of two choice (Boolean Algebra [the computer only have on/off switches]).
