Combat...good Lord, ****ing Combat.

I see no real solution to winning this. I try spamming Mechs, I can't do it. Recons? Too little firepower. Artillery? Too hard to use. Tanks? Can't make enough or find enough factories. I get owned.

Help me.

Attack small groups at a time, head back the HQ, Repeat. Use All Tansk and Andy, he's the best character.

Tip: To get the medals, get to Hawkes Level, Beat it, but don't save, Repeat until you get all the medals for that difficulty. Then Save. 5 times for Normal, 3 for Hard and Brutal.

6 times for Normal, actually. And personally, I used Artillery.

Also, on Brutal, you'll probably want to send out mechs first on some of the levels, especially Adder's, where you *will* lose the first unit or two you deploy. Use your moments of invincibility to give yourself some breathing room and start making a dent in his forces.

Other than that, basically destroy whatever you can, retreat to your HQ to heal, repeat. And keep in mind that certain enemy units will only move when you get close - you should be able to get a rough idea of where these are playing through on Normal. Avoid triggering more than one of those sets of units at once, then destroy everything in the set and heal up before moving onto the next.

Oh, and if you want Hard Mode to seem easy, do Brutal before that one. =P
