CCO: Tole Niev

Post by Eliwan » Sat Oct 06, 2012 8:28 am

Name: Tole "Spring" Niev

Faction/Army: Blue Moon

Biography: A rising CO in the Blue Moon army. He values not losing a single troop and easing them into the army, giving them more time to adjust than most commanders. Due to this, his soldiers enter the battle weaker but progress to be better than average with intensive, spread out training.

Appearance: ???

Disciplined March:
Transports get +1 Movement and have 100/110.
Additionally, each day, all non-transport unit's power increases by 4/4, maximum 20/20. [5 days of deployment] On the start of the 6th day after being deployed, a unit gains +1 Movement.
All non-transport units start at 90/90, however.

COP: ImageImageImage
Skiddish: "Flight first, fight far.", "Bolt before blasting!"
+1 [+2 total] Movement. Restores 20 Fuel and 1 Ammo. Infantry gain +2 [+3 total] Movement. Transports gain +2 [+4 total] Movement.
Indirect Combat units can also attack 1 square closer to them [2-3 becomes 1-3, 3-5 becomes 2-5, etc].
All units get maximum day-based deployment power [see D2D]. This persists even after the COP ends.

SCOP: ImageImage
Scarred Soil: "This'll end them...", "For a later respite."
+1 [+2 total] Movement. Restores 40 Fuel and 2 Ammo.
This persists even after the SCOP ends.
Finally, units get an additional +20/20 [bringing them up to 130/130].

Victory:
"A rest for the end of the day."
"One more drop in the bucket to end war."
"At least the fight won't persist..."
This site, it exists, I keep forgetting it does.

You like short power-bars don't you? Well this CO looks very interesting to me but there are some questions to be answered:
1. Did you include the Defaults (+10 Defense) in your (S)COP? This will make your units 110/120 during COP and 130/140 during SCOP
2. What happens if you join 2 units with different stats? Which units stats has the unit after joining?
As for reading through your CO, he looks a little overpowered to me. 110/110 units with + 1MP D2D is like Adders COP on AWDS even if the unit needs 6 days on the battlefield to take advantage of the full boost. The COP optimizes the D2D, adds extra MP to all units, removes blind spots of indirect weapons and it also gives you back some fuel and ammo... that's a little too much for 3 stars if you ask me. The SCOP does almost the same but also gives your units a 20/20 boost. This CO is able to pick up a fight against Kanbei and he might even win. Make those Powers weaker or more expensive, also remove the movement of the D2D ability and you'll be fine (Movement is extremely powerfull: 1MP is about as strong as 115/115 stats since this CAN* already be enough to win a 55% matchup (for example tank vs tank) against a blandie without having the first attack and without defensecover)

*"can" means: if the 46% (55% x 0.85 = 46%) end up in 5 Damage, the attacker wins, if it's 4 Damage, the defender wins
