What's wrong with this... SCOP...

150/150 is way too overpowered.

The skill is nice (one of my CCO's has the same) but COP and SCOP are too strong.

Add 1 star for the COP, and change the SCOP's bonuses to something like 140/120.

That will be a first step to make this CCO more balanced.
