CO Eli - DoR Edition

Here's my DoR version of CO Eli, even though he was made to be in the original series. But I thought, what the hell? I'll give it a shot.

Non-technical stuff: See my AWDS topic of Eli.

CO Zone: 0 (all units are affected)

CO Skill: All vehicles with ammunition have 9 ammo.

CO Power: Upgrade

All weapons of vehicles that require ammo have 130% firepower.

Hmmmm..
Simple..
But it has an flaw,it needs and CO zone to charge his power.
Seeing that it,s a neutral zone,I think that 3 spaces will be an good amount..[/list]

Oh...I forgot about the new charge system. I'm thinking about this now, but I don't have a fix yet.

Not true, Tabitha has a CO Zone of 0. But, for this CO, a CO Zone of 0 would be probably be underpowering. Most units won't survive long enough to fire 9 shots anyways.

This is how I would do this CO:

CO Zone: 2
Attack: ***
Defense:
Zone Effect:
All units requiring ammo.
Refills unit ammo at the beginning of each turn.
