CO Zone 4
Boost: Infantry, Mechs, Bikes: Attack ** Defense ***
Power: Move Out: Infantry, Mechs, and Bikes capture at 1.2x normal rate. Infantry defense rises (100%)


EDIT 1: Increased defense stars from 1 to 3, buffed COP.

Weak IMO

The COP isn't nearly scary enough, although a 6 square CO zone at maximum is disturbing.

Boost the capure rate at the COP more seeing it lasts a turn.
