Quite awesome. What is next? :)
Alltough I'd think you weakened the Mechanized Inf quite a lot, despite it's extra movement point.
If you'll want to nerf them, just lower their base damage somewhat instead of THIS :? .

Actually, Mechs are pretty brutal right now.

But the main focus is to get everything to not break first :P

Yes, but with only one ammo, their counterattacks are a lot lower than before unless some random APC is nearby!

What are you planning to do with the existing CO's, like Andy, Olaf and Kanbei (and the other sixteen)?

Losing 2 Movement Power is a far better weakness for diving than losing defense power would be. For one thing, the Movement Power loss is more general, since only two units can hit the dived Sub to begin with. Some of the other ideas I like too, but the Movement loss for diving is quite...fascinating.

Also, I couldn't help but notice a Rebuild stat. What's up with that?

It's also strange for a CO who has high transport defense to incentivise not using transports at all...but looks like this is all in testing and you'll get more input when it gets serious.

It looks like there's a lot you've messed with. At a glance, I noticed that you changed the movement range calculation slightly.

Let's hope you make a good campaign for this.

At the current count, the patch is 29kb, which doesn't include any music work. Once the music gets added in the patch size is going to skyrocket :P

While that doesn't sound like a lot, this is a GBA game we're talking about :P

There's been a few minor tweaks to it, one of which was the submarine stuff that's up there.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind having a more tiered system of COs as long as they're different enough to be interesting. Better than balanced COs that are rather boring, since it's really difficult to balance COs that have unique differences.

True. And in campaign it doesn't really matter... heck, sometimes broken CO's are much better for campaign purposers (AW2 Kanbei in Duty & Honor, AW2 Sturm, and Caulder). However, this is definately not a good idea when facing other humans... considering there is still no perfectly balanced AW available. AWDoR comes close, AW2 2.1 balance hack comes close as well, but in the end both didn't really succeed despite getting close (both have more or less the same difference between the weakest and strongest CO's if Caulder is left out).
My sig is a void.
