Hm, might nudge the volume up slightly then.

Also, try Iron Knuckle, Crescent Isle, Beach Head, Waza or Feeling Blue if you want the easiest maps. They're not really ordered by difficulty, so don't be afraid to jump around.

Patch Update:

AI's CO Power Activation Rules:
Caulder
Max
Grit
Adder
Colin

Notes: I've written new code that governs how the AI decides to actually activate its CO Powers. I'll get around to most of the COs. Essentially you shouldn't notice a huge difference, but it will hopefully cut down on the turns where the AI will blatantly waste a CO Power (Grit using Snipe Attack with no Artillery for example!). Caulder will now also only use his power if he doesn't have a CO Unit and actually wants to deploy it.

See, when I did it, Caulder's AI was different and he'd sit one of his AAs on the city next to the HQ and never attack with it.

I haven't taken a crack at newer versions of it yet.

Personally, I never had that happen when I S-Ranked it before now...I always got a first turn COZ and a bumrush anyhow. Never managed the 5? day victory you guys did.

I forget, for Sturm's meteor can you scale AND rotate? If so we can fudge a flip effect...

Discovered that I ate Von Bolt's instrument table when I cleaned up some data odds and ends.

Will be replaced and fixed next patch so that you can listen to his lovely theme again.

Just make sure to check here sometimes - It isn't quite finished so there are a few things to fix.

Is the tutorial supposed to end when the infantry starts capturing the city?

by the way everyone except Kanbei can reliably capture drake's HQ on Ganglands, build an infantry on Day 1 in the top base, then an APC the following turn, you can use the APC to block the only vulnerable spot while the infantry does a straight dash for the HQ

Say simply, 5 days occupied the Drake's HQ, 7 day occupied Olaf's HQ,Day 9 fluctuation and trample Silo
, day 14 occupied Hawke's HQ. In fact, Hawke for kill may be faster. I just prove can S, so no careful study. I speak English well, chose important ideas screenshots, hope you can understand.

Heh, I might be a bit ahead of time, but like I just commented on youtube, I know I'm to casual for hardcore war room :P. There is a lot of fun to be had by making GOOD versus maps to mess around with though. You don't have to do anything yet, but what is possible in that regard? Especially with BH installation goodness? I don't know how hard that is, or long now it will take, but I don't see a new AW coming out anytime soon *cough* >_>

@dragonite: There is a thing called Design Maps?

Also for ganglands everyone can capture Drake's HQ reliably, you just need an infantry/recon combo to guarantee it.

EDIT: I can possibly guarantee a victory in about 17-18 days, the build order is
Day 1: INF north base (go for the HQ)
Day 2: Recon north base (Go to the space 1 right of the HQ)
Day 3: Inf north base (Go for the northern silos)
Also build an infantry whose goal is to march towards Olaf's HQ; Once Drake goes down, make sure you have enough funds to build a t-copter immediately and use it to rush a second infantry towards Olaf's HQ, in the meantime aim to secure the south silos

Olaf will usually have just a missile around his HQ by the time you drop an infantry in position so you just need to use the silos strategically to get rid of any other interference (b-copter and AA)

if only hawke didn't mess up my capture attempt and skyrocket my unit losses from 6 to 10 :(

@x_ooo It's a awfully limited tool in aw2. Cap on cities, no way adjust size, no BH stuff, etc.. (Plus,I am bad at making maps, I should practice more, I know..)

Finally got the S-Rank D:

Ganglands, Kanbei, 18 Days

The opening can be done by anyone so you know what that 22 day time limit is fine

you can probably improve the time by a few days, I waffled around with my t-copters instead of moving them forward <_<

The opening can be copied by anyone up to getting to the silos, normally Hawke doesn't have the artillery, tank AND antiair up there at once. I got a lot of lucky breaks this run (like the silo hitting my infantry instead of the recon or the APC)
