Like

Just

"Here's Daniel Bryan, he's just gonna promo, the thing he is LITERALLY THE WORST AT, but lol why keep his return a bigger deal"

"Kane is now Slam City but on TV"

"How about ANONYMOUS GM ROUND 2"

Although if the anonymous GM is Brad Maddox from a cave I'm okay with it (and I *know* he busted out of the cave okay)

Yeah he really is a bit of a crumpets, isn't he

Edit: I guess I should clarify. The interview comes across as *really* petty, and while he brings up a lot of really important and awful things (the staph infection is obviously the biggest), a lot of it is accentuated whining. Complaining about your place on the card based on merit/technical ability is crumpets - FACT - since pro graps is an industry that exists to make money. You can argue about the artistic and athletic aspects all you want, but at the end of the day, Cena sells shirts, Rock makes movies, that's the ME.

Do all smarks complain *all the time* that WWE needs to push <whoever> because they're white hot and wrestle really well? Absolutely! Do said smarks (hopefully) acknowledge that this isn't the case because the 'E needs to make money? Yes, maybe? We can dream all we want, and say Cesaro should be pushed to the moon, but Cesaro doesn't move merch, so Cesaro stays put. Would Ziggler/Lesnar be absolutely insane (Dolph selling Germans and F5s would be amazing)? Totally! Has Ziggler only ever had two shirts for a reason? Yes.

The wedding thing is crumpets, sure, but I have such a hard time believing it was deliberate and that the 'E knew. I imagine they probably tried to hit around that date, but Punk did walk, and that's burning a bridge. If I were to just up and leave my employer in the middle of the day - bonus points if it was during a high profile event a la the RAW after the Rumble - you can bet that even though my reputation here is stellar, they're gonna be pissed about it, and that's a lost cause.

I dunno. Punk as a wrestler will never be taken away from us, but Punk as a person is just a big crumpets 90% of the time
