DS Lites still play GBA games, right? I totally bought one for the purpose of playing AW1.

I have PSP with GBA emulator and I can play AW2. I think about AW DS and Days of ruin for NDS.
€23 with shipping is this good price?. As I said I have R4 which means Ican play any game on NDS (something like crack).

Not by much. That's 25USD, and my local game trading shop sells lites for ~30.

You've got no interest in a 3ds then?

If his goal is to be able to play GBA games, then a 3DS isn't what he's looking for.

Also McJakub, the first generation DS plays Game Boy Color games too.

As far as I remember, yeah. My brain is calling up memories of playing Mickey's Racing Adventures (GBC) on my original blue DS.

I looked it up, seems like it doesn't have the processor for it.. maybe you just remember wrong?

Also, well, he said he wanted play some DS games with a r4 chip, so he's probably trying a cheap option. Still, going current with the 3ds and buying the DS AW games is also a option(but far more expensive). I don't know if cards for the 3ds exist though.

My little cousin used to have one. One of the features was easy cheating. I saw amusing stuff happen with his pokemon game >_>

GBC backward compatibility in the GBA worked by them literally shoving the GBC's innards into the GBA. Which got removed on the NDS. So yeah, DS is DS + GBA only.
