Oh dear, that's a lot of tiers.

Can it be simplified or does it have to be broken down this way?

By the way, I don't see a real difference between medium and normal, but it's just me.

Skill would probably pertain to the D2D.

Well it's supposed to lead to a unique and overall tier, but I did this because it's interesting to take a look at what breaks a CO or makes him weak compared to others.

The day to days (skill as noted by some) are fairly easy to verify and should be correct. It's good to know that I tried rating the powers without taking into account the synergy with the day to day, aka, as if they were applying on a bland CO.

I know I messed up few things, for Kanbei's SCOP, I completely forgot about his superior counters...

And personally, I see the difference between Andy's and Hawke's day to day... (medium to normal comparison)

Hmm, does AW BW employ the crappy AW2 Olaf? Or is it the AW DS version?

Okay, then the positioning of him on the power/super scale makes sense.

I had to laugh at the typo for Jugger there.

I also had to laugh at Flak's own tier. Sorry Flak.

Awww, now that you mention it, that's a really cute typo. Hugger. Now that'd be one of the greatest COs ever.

I will check the entire list later, but two things bug me:

1) How is Blizzard on Useless, but Lucky Lass on normal?

2) where is Colin on the SCOP list?

1) Can you name a use? Most maps have roads and properties, completely negating the effects of snow in AWBW. Besides, Lucky Lass is basically the same as Lucky Star for Nell. Lucky Lass has uses when the missiles can't be used optimally.

2) He's in the normal category.

1) Ya Hallo thar chokepoints.

I am not saying that it is the best thing since sliced bread, but it has it's uses.

Roads are usually alone, as in, one road only. Kinda like Bridges, and Bridges are very strategic points. If you manage to turn roads into bridges while being prepared to do so, you will get a nice strategic position.

Also, this "there are roads and properties everywhere" is an awful exageration. There are countless maps where there aren´t roads or properties enough to make blizzard less of a threat, like Emerald City Ruins and Frost Bight, not to mention air and sea.

It isn´t OMFG USEFUL, but I certainly don´t believe it is worse than Hyper Repair or Lucky Lass.

Regarding Lucky Lass...it is a luck based power with a very poor maximum luck. If you go KAMIKAZE on a Mdtank, you would want at least to deal a reasonable ammount, but Lucky Lass won´t do so.

It just the simple fact that luck itself is a weak kinda of boost compared to normal fireboosts, due it´s unpredictability, and Lucky Lass isn´t exactly OMFG on the luck department.

But I hate Rachel, that worthless and pathetic excuse for a CO, so I may be exageratting.

2) ....right.

You just need to save one day of incomes to at least double Colin's power. For a CO that wasn´t supposed to have a strong army, that is pretty big.

1) As you'll put it yourself, you can set up nice strategic positions with Blizzard. But those are defensive. If your opponent has a nice strategic position, you aren't going to break it with Blizzard. And Blizzard will only give you a 1 turn strategic position.

The way I see it, Blizzard is best to slow down reinforcements. And roads don't allow for snow to have any effect.

On the other hand, both hyper Repair and Lucky Lass will do something even if it is small.

And that comes from someone who hates Rachel and luck.

You'll notice that the other powers in that category can be useful, but they are very situational. I favoured powers which aren't so situational even if they are weak.

2) Again, I favoured powers which don't require any work. Also, it's good to note that I disregarded the synergy with the day to day. (Due to the defence formula, Kanbei gets a lot more out of his added defence than another Co out of the same defence boost, and also Sensei's infantry.)

Saving up money is stupid. It's better to have the money on the field in the form of unit. Because more unit is more power. In that sense, PoM is counter productive because it requires to decrease what you have on the field to increase individual unit power. In the end, he'll most likely get a day, or less with repairs, of income boosting his firepower.

When compared to Kindle, who automatically gets her income turned into firepower (as it's based on properties) and who gets additional firepower on properties.

Still, you'll notice the difference isn't large between Kindle and Colin. Hence why they're in the same category.
